Mary Washington Healthcare has immediate full-time and part-time opportunities at Mary Washington Hospital and Stafford Hospital, our 100-bed community hospital.

We also have opportunities for Team Leads, Respiratory Care – night shift.

Here you will grow in your practice and put your critical thinking skills to use.  You will have the opportunity to administer basic to complex respiratory therapeutic interventions with minimal-to-no supervision. We are a progressive and continual forward-focused Respiratory Department implanting strategies such as:

  • Heliox
  • Surfactant delivery
  • Nitric Oxide
  • Lung Protective Mechanical Ventilation
  • Ventilator Protocol  
  • SBT/SAT
  • Adult Patient-driven Protocol    
  • NICU Transport Team
  • Chest Wall Oscillation/MetaNeb therapy
