Expand your nursing practice right here at home – opportunities abound at MWHC!  Romeo Cinco, Registered Nurse II - SICU has experienced this over the past 20 years, here is his story...

Romeo lives in Spotsylvania, where he has been since 1995. It just feels like home, and he pretty much knows everyone. Romeo lives with his wife and daughter, and his son is in Florida finishing up college.

Years at MWHC: 20

MWHC Journey:  Romeo started as an RN on the renal respiratory unit, and from there he began working part-time as the Charge Nurse.  After four years in renal respiratory, Romeo made the move to the surgical ICU and has been there ever since.  His plan was to change departments every two to three years, but when he landed in the ICU, it really fits his personality.  He loves the work and the reward – helping very sick people get well.

Fun Fact About Romeo:  Took a golfing trip to Ireland with a group of fellow registered nurses. While the weather was not ideal, the trip was unforgettable!
