ELIGIBILITY

All full-time, part-time and PRN Associates currently employed by Mary Washington Healthcare are eligible to receive a referral award for each successful hire who meets the criteria of the program. All Directors, Managers and Human Resources Recruitment staff members are ineligible to receive a reward.


Referrals must match qualifications and experience level for the posted position. Those considered to be ineligible as referred applicants include the following:

  • Current MWHC Associates
  • Temporary staff, contractors, students, volunteers, interns, and residents who are hired into permanent positions
  • Hire of a candidate for which a recruiting fee was paid
  • PRN candidates


REFERRAL PROCESS AND PROCEDURES:

1.  Referring Mary Washington Healthcare Associates will receive a gearstore.mwhc.com $50 voucher (applicable taxes will apply) for their first referral (regardless if they are hired)!

2.  For positions that are in high demand (positions defined below). Get an immediate payout of half of the referral bonus within 30 days of the new hire start date. Then, the referral keeps giving rewards! At 6-months receive the remainder of the payout.

a. $5,000 for full-time and $3,000 for part-time experienced candidates in the following roles: CRNAs • CT Tech • Mammography Techs • Med Techs/Medical Lab Techs • MRI Techs • Occupational Therapists • OR Techs • Physical Therapists • Polysom Techs • Registered Nurses • Respiratory Therapists • Ultrasound Techs.


b. $500 for full-time and $250 for part-time Certified Nursing Assistants.

3.  Mary Washington Healthcare referring Associate must submit referral data to MWHC Referrals prior to application submission.


4.  Only the first Associate referral received will be eligible for the payout/prize should more than one Associate make the same referral.


5.  For this initiative, candidates must complete an application with MWHC between May 16, 2021, and August 16, 2021.


6.  For the second installment of the referral payment, the new hire must have successfully completed six months of satisfactory, uninterrupted employment and be in good standing as a Mary Washington Healthcare Associate.


7.  Both the Associate and the referral must be employed at MWHC at the time of the award disbursement.


8.  Mary Washington Healthcare reserves the right to amend or cancel this program.
